Installation Tips

BEFORE INSTALLING, CHECK OUT THESE TIPS!

SCREWS IN GENERAL

Apply 1 to 2 drops of medium torque threadlock glue to all screws to prevent them from loosening due to use. Also pay attention to the specific torque applied, we recommend using a torque wrench in accordance with the technical standard for each type of screw. Important! Exceeding the maximum torque described by a specific standard may cause damage to the product.

Metric threadTorque (min-max specification in N.m)

CLIP-ON HANDLEBARS

To replace or adjust your clip-on handlebar bar easily and without damaging the clamp, remove the clamping screws from the bar. Then, insert them from the opposite side of the cable tie until their ends appear inside the cut. Use a thin sheet, for example a piece of saw blade, in the middle of the cut, as in the photo. Then tighten the screws lightly and alternately pressing the plate, which will force the bar housing to open. Open it just enough to be able to move the bar, no more than that to avoid the risk of the material fracturing.

BRAKE RETURN SPRING

Installing the brake pedal return spring is very simple. Just follow the position in the photo on the side.
